On a hazzy night downtown we realized how much worse the homeless situation had gotten with the crash of the economy. While we were out having a great time, not caring about much, there were people living in cardboard on the sidewalk.
We decided to get together and do something to help. Many of us work in the "industry" and know the extra clothing that could be put to good use. We sat around with a bottle of wine and a notebook and Give.Get. was born. It was a great success and every year we hope to make it bigger and better than the last.
